Job summary

Propedix, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Chemist or Product Development Manager to support OTC dermatology and antifungal products. The role combines hands-on formulation work with project management and coordination with CMOs and testing labs.

Ideal candidates have 5–12 years in chemistry/product development, strong analytical method experience, and familiarity with GLP/GMP. Hybrid schedule with 2–3 lab days weekly and monthly in-person meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related STEM field.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience for Senior Chemist/PM roles.
• Experience with OTC, dermatology, topical products, or cosmetics preferred.
• FDA/GLP/GMP familiarity and regulatory documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new anti-fungal and topical OTC formulations.
• Coordinate lab testing, stability studies, and documentation.
• Lead project management from concept to commercialization with CMOs.
• Serve as technical contact for external labs and testing partners.
