Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field required.
• Five+ years of hands-on experience in a regulated laboratory.
• Experience with analytical method development, validation, verification, and transfer.
• Strong knowledge of lab instrumentation and troubleshooting (HPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS, ICP, UV-Vis, ELISA).
• Experience reviewing notebooks, data, and investigation documentation.
• Familiarity with OOS investigations, CAPA, and good documentation practices.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor laboratory personnel with technical direction and training.
• Serve as primary resource for method development, validation, transfer and optimization.
• Design, execute, document, and review validation and verification studies.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and complex instrumentation issues.
• Review data, notebooks, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support LIMS implementation, configuration, and workflow improvements.
• Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, tests, and technical reports.
• Promote safety, quality, scientific integrity, and continuous improvement.
