Grace is seeking an experienced Chemical Operator for our Baltimore Curtis Bay, MD plant. You will handle, store, and transport chemical materials, and operate both continuous and batch processes while troubleshooting issues.

The role requires a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule including days and nights, holidays and weekends. A HS diploma, ability to read English, and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed specifications in English.
• Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processing equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Act as a safety leader and ensure compliance with EH&S standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on process equipment.
• Monitor plant operations and record data.
• Operate forklift and communicate plant status to team members.
