Qualifications
5–15 years of hands-on experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Experience with process safety management (PSM) and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Partner with Production, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality for technical engineering support.
Evaluate process data and KPIs to drive improvements.
Manage capital projects and process improvement initiatives.
Support EHS standards and regulatory compliance.
Mentor engineers and develop SOPs and documentation.
Skills
Hands-on experience in chemical plant operations
Process design and troubleshooting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
