Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship as required by VA policy

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive religious, spiritual, and pastoral care to patients, families, and staff
• Serve on interdisciplinary treatment teams and act as resource for spiritual needs
• Lead spiritual services and crisis intervention during difficult periods
• Develop measurable outcomes in pastoral care and staff education
• Engage community resources to meet patients' religious needs
• Provide education and training to healthcare staff and trainees on spiritual care
