Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in CEQA document preparation, NEPA knowledge a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, organization, writing, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with tribal planning or interest in working with our Tribal clients.
Responsibilities
Lead research and preparation of CEQA documents under mentorship.
Coordinate technical teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and compliance with expectations.
Interface with clients and agency staff during permitting processes.
Present at public hearings and stakeholder meetings.
Drive business development by cultivating client relationships.
Mentor staff and foster a supportive culture.
