Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Specialist, Cell Culture, BioProduction, to drive revenue growth and Customer success across our portfolio. You will apply technical expertise and consultative selling to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver solutions enabling breakthroughs in biopharmaceutical research and production.

You will lead product demonstrations, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help customers meet R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Preferred fields of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of relevant workflows and applications.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office; ability to present and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50–75% within territory.
• Experience in consultative selling and complex sales cycles.
