Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Mission Technologies seeks a CBRNE Technician to support the Army DCRF mission. The role is in-person/on-site with responsibilities including off-site technical support, equipment maintenance, and logistics coordination.

Minimum experience aligns with the senior level, with travel about 5% annually. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in CBRN, familiarity with CRE mission equipment, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics information systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CBRN Technician roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's; 3 years with a Master's; 0 with PhD/JD; or 9 years with a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide off-site technical program and equipment expertise for COTS and GOTS CBRN equipment.
• Perform inspections and functional testing.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventories and track work orders in a logistics system.
• Create and update equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot off-site issues.
• Travel approximately 5% of the year.
