Job summary

Your Mission

In this impactful role, you will take ownership of the logistics category and play a key role in shaping the future of procurement.

You bring deep logistics expertise, strong strategic capabilities, and the ability to communicate commercially and effectively across all levels.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the global category strategy for Logistics
  • Lead complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations
  • Optimize logistics networks, cost structures, and supply chain resilience
  • Analyze markets and risks
  • Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships both internal as with the supplier community
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across supply chain, production, and business units
  • Contribute to the ongoing transformation of procurement
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Logistics, Economics, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in strategic procurement / category management (preferably in logistics)
  • Experience in an international production environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English spoken and written (must-have), Dutch and/or French are a plus, additional international languages are an advantage
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
