Citizens is seeking a Category Team Manager in Strategic Sourcing to lead a team of sourcing professionals and drive multi-year category strategies. You will leverage spend analytics, market intelligence, and a coordinated source-to-pay ecosystem to deliver measurable enterprise value.

You will act as an advisor to business line executives, shaping negotiation strategies, risk mitigation, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in category management, vendor management and strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations and enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial modeling capability.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Define category vision, value targets, and performance expectations.
• Maintain category strategy with demand forecasts, supplier landscapes, and savings roadmaps.
• Own annual category value targets including cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Partner with Business, Risk, and Compliance teams for alignment.
