Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience in direct materials procurement and MRO.
• Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in operations or supply chain management preferred. Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement sourcing and category strategies in assigned categories (raw materials, direct materials, packaging, MRO).
• Source new suppliers domestically and internationally to ensure best pricing, quality and delivery.
• Lead comprehensive sourcing processes including RFP/RFI/RFx, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers; drive cost savings and maintain supplier data."
• Manage supplier relationships and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Sales, Finance) and international teams.
• Analyze supplier spend and savings trends; monitor KPIs and rebates.
• Train Procurement staff and ensure adherence to corporate purchasing guidelines.
