You will develop policies, source catalogs, and special programs, manage supplier performance, and negotiate favorable terms to support production demands. This is an onsite, full-time role in Peoria.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AI prompting techniques and data analytics processes.
• Ability to draw insights and support informed decisions.
• Strong communication concepts and effective transmission of ideas.
• Proven negotiation skills across internal and external partners.
• Experience with supplier relationships and performance management.
• Familiarity with contracts management principles.
• Understanding purchasing policies and strategic sourcing methods.
