• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• 4-6 years of experience with Planograms or Floorplans.
• Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver reports and analyses on merchandising, pricing, financials, and customer behavior.
• Assist Category Managers in tailoring assortments to markets and ensuring alignment with brand timelines.
• Identify data errors and provide analytics to supporting departments.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize space planning and assortment strategy.
• Monitor processes and provide insights to improve performance and decision making.
