Job summary

Dagen Personnel LLC seeks an experienced Senior Technology Engineer to join the Technology and Technical Support Department in the Americas ROC. You will develop technical know-how and support catalysts, processes, and licensing for clients across the Americas region.

Key responsibilities include leading autonomous technical work, preparing catalyst replacement projections, and assisting in commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a relevant discipline required.
• Seven or more (7+) years in the petrochemical/refining industry, and at least 3 years in a Technology Engineer role.
• Experience with PRO/II simulation software (or similar) and Excel-based modeling tools required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide technical know-how for the technologies of specialization.
• Demonstrate a high level of autonomy in day-to-day work and provide assistance and supervision to less experienced engineers.
• Develop, present and ensure follow-up of technical projections for replacement of catalysts in existing units.
• Develop, present and ensure follow-up of technical proposals and studies in support of evaluation by clients of technologies and integrated solutions for grassroots and revamp projects.
• Support the Commercial team for the development of commercial proposals for Company Americas ROC Catalyst & Absorbent and Process Licensing businesses.
• Collaborate with other Company team members to ensure technology tools and processes in the Americas ROC represent the latest and most updated versions available.
• Identify and propose improvement concepts to drive technology positioning and competitiveness for future licenses.
• Provide after-sales technical service to Company clients with the objectives of optimized start-up and safe commissioning.
