Job summary

Orion180 is seeking a Senior CAT Risk & Portfolio Analyst to advance exposure management, CAT analytics, and underwriting portfolio strategies. You will collaborate with Underwriting, Product, Finance, and Tech to enhance real-time monitoring, CAT modeling, and pricing support using advanced analytics and GIS insights.

You will drive profitability and resilience by developing models, improving data pipelines, and producing clear dashboards for executives and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years in P&C insurance, CAT exposure management, or related analytics.
• Hands-on CAT modeling experience with AIR, RMS, KR; strong business translation of findings.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio management initiatives across pricing, underwriting, and CAT exposure using data analytics.
• Analyze CAT portfolio performance, loss drivers, and risk indicators for pricing strategies.
• Execute CAT modeling workflows with AIR, RMS, and KR.
