Amazon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for Relay Freight Auctions in Tempe, AZ or Atlanta, GA with relocation required. The role leads carrier strategy, grows the carrier base, improves execution, and reduces costs across the Relay Freight Auctions program.

You will partner with product, planning, and leadership to deliver measurable results. You will own how freight is offered, attract carriers, and ensure reliability while expanding into new freight types and regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 4+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• 3+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Own the carrier strategy. Set the mission, objectives, and approach.
• Build engagement approaches reflecting what carriers need while balancing transportation spend.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to streamline the program and reduce manual work.
• Use trends to optimize lane choices, return freight, and carrier retention.
• Partner with planning to improve freight quality and reliability and reduce cancellations.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation in a fast-changing space.
• Build and govern reports showing program performance and impact of new initiatives.
• Communicate program impact and recommendations to senior leaders.
