Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a skilled carpenter to design, build, install, and repair structures on varied projects. You will read blueprints, select materials, and work safely with hand and power tools to meet project specs and timelines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of seven years of carpentry experience, with the ability to lift heavy loads and work from ladders or scaffolding.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on carpentry experience.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing and working from ladders or scaffolding.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform work efficiently, safely, and accurately to consistently meet production goals set by the Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Prepare project layouts and accurately estimate height, width, length, and other necessary dimensions.
• Read and interpret blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
• Join materials using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
• Use hand and power tools such as chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to construct, install, and repair structures.
• Travel to all assigned job sites as required.
