Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads construction drawings and blueprints to understand SOW requirements.
• Expert knowledge of framing methods and sequencing.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to operate equipment safely.
• Demonstrates strong health and safety practices, including OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to organize materials and work areas to support production flow.

Responsibilities

• Measures, marks, and cuts materials to spec with minimal supervision.
• Leads framing tasks and assists crew with complex carpentry.
• Reads SOW and building codes to ensure work meets standards.
• Maintains on-site safety, organizes tools and materials.
• Communicates progress and issues to the supervisor.
