Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of verifiable carpentry experience in new construction.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare layout and materials.
• Shape or cut materials to measurements using hand tools, machines, or saws.
• Follow safety rules, regulations and maintain a safe, clean site.
• Install windows, frames, flooring, trim, and hardware.
• Verify trueness of structure with plumb bob and level.
• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or wood fixtures using tools.
• Inspect ceilings, walls, siding, and woodwork for damage.
• Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts and man-lifts.
