Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, effective communication with families, and meaningful engagement, including memory-care activities where applicable. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required and candidate must be 18+.
• CHHA CNA Certification in New Jersey is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
