Sunrise Senior Living in Washington, DC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily activities and personal care for residents. You will work closely with the care team to implement ISP plans and promote safety and independence.

The role emphasizes meaningful interactions, dignity, and building relationships with residents and families. A High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid are required, with paid training and growth opportunities offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for memory-loss residents.
