Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents at our Wilton location. You will assist with daily living activities, follow ISP guidelines, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• 18+ years old

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
