Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking caring caregivers to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and to support residents in a safe, home-like environment. The role emphasizes respect, dignity, and compassionate care for seniors.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean living areas, aiding residents with daily tasks, and encouraging engagement in life enrichment activities. Previous senior care experience and CNA certification are valued, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
