Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Henderson, NV is seeking a compassionate Caregiver. You’ll provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment. You’ll engage residents in conversations and activities, support dining, and coordinate with families and leaders.

The role includes opportunities in Memory Care, training, and growth within a values-driven team. CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it is required.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
