Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, which operates Ivy Park at Mission Viejo, is seeking a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care in a premier senior living community. This full-time position includes AM and PM shifts with a competitive pay range of $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Must pass a background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
