Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic English skills required.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts with the same client.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client homes, provide care tailored to individual needs, and maintain consistent schedules.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Build meaningful relationships while supporting clients' independence and dignity.
