Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to join our team in California. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe, home-like environment and upholding our culture of resident-centered service.

The role includes aiding with daily living activities, promoting dignity and physical safety, and engaging residents in enrichment activities. Must meet basic qualifications and enjoy working with seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, management and coworkers.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and safety.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers and eating as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
