Job summary

Fairmont of Washington Township in Dayton, OH is seeking compassionate care team members to provide direct care under licensed supervision in a Montessori-Inspired Living® community. You will help maintain a positive environment for residents and follow directions with a respectful, patient approach.

Requirements include being at least 18, basic reading/writing ability, English competence, and a willingness to learn or complete relevant training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
