Alliance Senior Care LLC is actively seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide one-on-one care to seniors in our Michigan-based service areas. The role involves helping with hygiene, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, with opportunities for day, evening, and overnight shifts across multiple locations such as Bloomfield Hills, Rochester, and Royal Oak.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Experience in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Group Home is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and basic exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping activities.
• Medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
