Job summary

Gaddielservices is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Driver to assist elderly clients near the Atlanta area. You will drive clients to doctor appointments, provide companionship, and attend appointments with them as needed.

The role requires strong communication, a valid CNA license or PCA certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and updates. You will help with personal care and monitor client well-being throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and compassionate care for seniors.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and basic apps for coordination.
• Current CNA license or PCA certification is required.
• CPR & First Aid cert; TB skin test or chest X-ray within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from medical and personal appointments.
• Provide companionship and emotional support before, during, and after appointments.
• Accompany clients into appointments as needed.
• Take detailed and accurate notes during appointments for families or care teams.
• Maintain a comfortable, respectful, and supportive environment for clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks, mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor vital signs and provide medication reminders as needed.
