Job summary

Adultcare Assistance Homecare in Fountain Hills seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home. Earn $17–$20/hr with full-time or part-time shifts and paid training plus PTO.

Our team features performance-based raises, round-the-clock manager support, and opportunities to advance with onboarding milestones. You’ll provide transport, personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, and everyday companionship, helping clients stay independent and safe in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment of older adults and helping maintain independence.
• Reliable with a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Willingness to perform daily living tasks and assist with mobility and transport.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Provide incontinence care management.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer medication reminders and safety monitoring.
• Support memory care needs and safety.
• Help with gentle physical therapy exercises.
• Provide companionship and consistent, caring attention.
