Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements.
• Coordinate care for residents, and communicate with families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.
• Cover open shifts, assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
• Maintain written records and documentation of resident care as required.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to ensure residents' needs are met.
