Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently and safely.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Team-oriented, community-minded and engaged with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
• Create personalized care plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins and telehealth.
• Maintain professional standards in line with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
