Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN or LPN licensure in Arkansas; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care that meets psychosocial, physical, and general care needs.
• Communicate with physicians and team about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments per policy.
• Assess and manage pain with appropriate techniques; educate patient/family on pain management.
• Administer medications following the seven rights and monitor for adverse effects.
• Revise the care plan as indicated by patient response; document and evaluate daily progress.
• Assist physicians with procedures and provide services within licensure scope.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
