Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide on-site consultations for skilled care communities. You will collaborate with clinical teams to ensure meals meet nutrition standards and assist with policy development.

The role emphasizes mentoring and education, with a flexible M-F schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive network of RD colleagues. Ideal candidates have CDR credentials and state licensure where required.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required.
• State license required where applicable.
• 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support dining services with nutrition standards and MDS involvement.
• Provide nutrition education to staff.
• Monitor residents' nutritional needs with clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train and mentor dining managers and staff.
• Assist with policy development and care systems implementation.
