Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will manage a manageable caseload, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant credential.
• Provide evidence-based interventions under a Physical Therapist direction.
• Ability to document progress and plan in EMR.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
