Gobravvo in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to lead care for a panel of up to 450 seniors with complex conditions in a 100% outpatient setting. The role emphasizes value-based care, collaboration with in-house specialists, and a supportive, physician-led culture with no nights or weekends.

The ideal candidate is board certified in FM/IM or geriatrics, has residency training, and is bilingual (Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive primary care visits for seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of chronic diseases typical of a senior population.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
• Coordinate care with in-house specialists and holistic health services.
• Utilize electronic health records and participate in scheduled administrative activities.
• Engage with patients and families to foster trust and understanding.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
