Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat physical conditions to restore function and mobility as ordered by MD; design and execute Care Plans.
• Conduct assessments and screens to determine therapy needs; provide modalities including electrical stimulation and therapeutic massage.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the systems.
