Job summary

PharMerica in Great Falls, MT is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician for a non-retail, closed-door setting serving long-term care and senior living clients.

Responsibilities include filling prescriptions, labeling, compounding, data entry, and inventory management. Montana Pharmacy Technician License is required; high school diploma or equivalent is expected. Schedule is Mon-Fri with some shift responsibilities and benefits listed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Montana Pharmacy Technician License required by state.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting and medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.
• Detail oriented; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescription items and package medications for dispensing and delivery.
• Label products with cautionary and auxiliary labels accurately.
• Prepare medications, including non-sterile compounding.
• Enter patient and prescription data into the computer system to generate labels.
• Assist with pharmacy inventory management and check stock.
