Job summary

The Good Care Helpers in Ripley, TN is seeking a devoted caregiver to support clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities. You will provide companionship, plan meals with dietary awareness, and perform light housekeeping while maintaining a safe, respectful bedside manner.

Responsibilities also include monitoring health changes and communicating with the care team. CPR certification and prior caregiver experience are required, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

Previous caregiver experience is required.
CPR (American Heart Association) certification is required.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary constraints.
Must be respectful with a good bedside manner.
Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
Physical endurance to complete tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help clients with mobility and physical activities including transferring and repositioning.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with meal planning and preparation.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry.
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
