Job summary

Senior Helpers of Oceanside, CA is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow referrals and revenue by building relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other community partners across North San Diego County. This field-based, quota-driven role emphasizes networking and service awareness.

You will visit partners, present Senior Helpers' services, develop territory plans, and work with the care team to ensure smooth intake for referred clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Establishing and leveraging referral networks with healthcare partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians' offices, and other partners.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and events to educate partners about Senior Helpers' services.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet referral and revenue goals.
• Represent Senior Helpers at community events and networking groups.
• Maintain accurate records of referral activity and pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth intake for referred clients.
