Job summary

A CNA license or relevant experience is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certifications. This role offers a starting hourly wage of $20 – $23, with a supportive team environment, upholding the wellbeing of seniors.

Qualifications

• CNA, or previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred.
• Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Engage residents in social interactions while providing personal care assistance.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.

Skills

CNA certification or similar experience

Ability to take blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

Effective communication in English

Ability to establish effective relationships

Must enjoy working with seniors

Education

Current CNA license or ability to obtain
