Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver proactive primary care in senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities. You’ll lead patient care, work with a multidisciplinary team, and leverage advanced technology to improve outcomes.

Candidates must have NP/PA licensure in Minnesota, a relevant master's degree, and a commitment to compassionate, autonomous practice within Curana’s mission-driven model. Travel to assigned facilities is required.

Qualifikationen

• Valid NP or PA licensure in the state of operation (Minnesota) and board certification.
• Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills expected.
