Job summary

United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, PA is seeking a PRN Medication Technician to administer medications and provide direct care to residents. You will play a key role in daily service and ensuring the comfort and safety of seniors in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience (supervisory a plus), current Medical Technician and CPR certifications, English proficiency, and knowledge of DHS regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role; one year supervisory preferred.
• Current Medical Technician Certification and CPR Certification required.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania DHS regulations.
• Ability to safely operate resident‑assist equipment and medical devices listed.
• Must meet OAPSA requirements including background checks and drug/alcohol‑free workplace.
• Must be physically able to perform essential functions.
