Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Chico, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to senior residents, enhancing their quality of life. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following ISP and documenting changes.

In memory care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss; you will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents in conversation and activities, maintain a clean environment, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence; engage residents in activities.
• Communicate with families and care team; maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Support dining services and memory care activities when needed.
