The position includes every-other-weekend and holiday rotation, attractive benefits, and a shift differential. Sign-on bonus of $30,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required at time of hire.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and apply them per care plan.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and monitor responses.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care provided.
• Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocate on prevention and treatment plans.
