Charter Senior Living – Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team for weekend shifts (6A-10p) and PRN coverage. You will support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, perform assessments, assist with care planning, administer medications, and document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents.
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning processes.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and company policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
• Partner with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure quality resident care.
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Assist with compliance, infection control, and quality assurance processes.
• Support and mentor caregiving staff as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
