Job summary

Accolade Healthcare LLC is seeking a Cook to join the culinary team. You will prepare meals for residents and families, serve according to diet orders, and supervise dining services staff when managers are not present.

The role pays $18.00-$22.00 per hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, paid leave, and daily pay options. The position requires cooking experience and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to prepare meals that look and taste great.
• Ability to be in charge of staff when managers are not present.
• Ability to be courteous and sensitive to older adults and families.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all meals according to the recipes.
• Start and finish shift on time.
• Demonstrates leadership.
• Adhere to dining services uniform policy.
• Fills out required paperwork.
• Serves all meals in the appropriate dining rooms.
• Presents food in an appetizing manner.
• Follows resident dietary orders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Attends mandatory dietary in-services.
