Job summary

ArchWell Health in Milwaukee is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to drive brand awareness in the senior community through events, partnerships with Medicare sales agents, and community-based marketing. You will work to open doors for the sales team and help ensure a positive patient experience.

This role focuses on building relationships with senior centers, faith-based organizations, and local leaders, coordinating events, and tracking results to support membership growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B and/or B2C community outreach experience or sales equivalent.
• Experience working with Medicare health plans or in a provider environment preferred.
• High energy with passion for improving seniors' lives and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior centers, living facilities, faith-based groups, and community leaders to raise ArchWell Health awareness.
• Coordinate participation in senior-focused events and host activities at center locations.
• Collaborate with Membership Consultants and Marketing team to meet growth targets.
• Partner with sales channels to drive events and generate leads for new patients.
• Track event results, leads, and new memberships to assess effectiveness.
