Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is hosting Open Interviews for Resident Care Associate positions in Chesapeake, VA. The RCA will assist seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care, supporting daily activities and care plans.

Flexible weekend availability, ARCA training, and a focus on dignity and quality of life are emphasized. Open interviews occur every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 651 River Walk Pkwy.

Qualifications

• Compassionate disposition and desire to serve. Prior experience not required.
• Willingness to obtain required state certifications (Direct-Care).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and monitor care plans.
• Aid residents with mobility and safe lifting techniques.
• Perform routine care rounds per individualized care plans.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report concerns promptly.
